"Tests at NTGH and advised results would be at GP following Monday. Called and no results, advised to callback following week however left it nearly 2 weeks, advised still no results in. Called hospital and they advised results had been sent. Called GP again to be told no results back. Called hospital again and again advised results had been sent and they will send them again 3rd time. Waited another week and guess what... still no results showing. Called hospital again and they advised GP definately has the results as they have been sent. They will sent results to GP AGAIN.. Someone clearly is not doing their job effectively. Gone downhill massively. What happened to putting patient care at the forfront. No apology from staff for any delay and having to keep calling. Lines always busy 15 minutes wait. To many patients and not enough GP's that really care."
