"A certain doctor is my hero. Many times i have been in to see him regarding my two young boys. He went out of his way to ensure one of sons got treated in hospital, having gone in as a panicking mummy. After this, he became our named gp.
My youngest son has very bad chicken pox. I rang up at lunch today, again a panicking mummy, to be given an appointment that afternoon by the lovely receptionist. This amazing doctor was fantastic with my youngest boy. He understood my concerns, listened to not only me but my son. He spoke to my son in a lovely manner and made him feel comfortable. My son is only 3! He reassured me and really cared for my son. Thank you."
