"I joined this medical practice when I first moved into the area and the process was very simple to do so, which was great. They helped set me up with online booking of appointments, which would be useful if it's a long term injury/illness but for short term, getting seen the same/next day the appointments weren't there when I tried to use it, which is understandable with lots of people using the online service.
I have managed to get appointments on the same day, through the reception, which has been helpful when I was in a lot of pain. The staff have always been helpful and supportive and I trust in the care and advice that they deliver.
The building feels nice and has a good aesthetic, happy with the overall service and with the pharmacy being next door also the car park make it a very useful centre to have."
