"Strange approach to reviews where the Surgery want you to book a review appointment with a nurse more often than Government and NICE guidelines to access prescriptions. Also arbitrary decisions are made on managing your care, despite express wishes made via a Consultant.
Another puzzling aspect is, if you have a repeat prescription, this is automatically filled by the Chemist next door. Therefore giving you no choice as to where you obtain your medication (and causing problems if it is not in stock)
It is impossible to see a GP and there is no ability to book any GP appointments except on the day. Therefore negating any possibility of an appointment to discuss medication (for example) as it is not an emergency appointments and emergency appointments are all that is offered on a day. If you work and are unable to drop everything if you are 'awarded' an appointment that day, then you don't have much chance of being seen. They claim to allow online booking but there are never any appointments available."
