"I have revised my review, as it seems they dont like honest opinions
Firstly, how on earth can you get an appointment, when your choice is to phone at 8am (along with 100s of other patients), when you have to leave for work or school run at that time, and by the time you do get through, all appointments have been allocated within 10 minutes? How come an emergency appointment for young children end up at one say 5pm? Might as well go to the walk in! How come some patients get almost 30 mins with a doctor, yet wherever i go in, i get a very rude response of "ive only got 10mins", im sorry but it takes a lot longer if you have anxiety or depression to even have the courage to say v anything. And when the doctor says that, you feel as though youre wasting their time!
I have severe anxiety and depression, and feel as tho im wasting everyones time, therefore i Wouldnt recommend this practice. Im actually considering moving to any practice elsewhere"
