"Tried to book an appointment spent 40mins on hold even though the recorded message said i was 1st in the queue.
Receptionist answered with a tone like i had just woke her up.
Not able to offer an appointment within the next 2 days , was told to ring in the morning to see if anything available.
When i told receptionist i worked for a living she told me earliest appointment would be in 7 days time at 4.10pm Wednesday and then put the phone down on me.
