"This used to be a good surgey... it's beyond useless now. Regularly their phone system or IT system is unavailable, but more importantly you can't get to see a Doctor or a practitioner in a timely manner. The contract should be taken away from them.
I've just tried to book an appointment for tennis elbow which isn't getting better by itself (so not urgent). Online the earliest I can get is 3 weeks away.
Sat and waited on the phone (9 people in the queue, 14 minute wait) to be told they have had a cancelled for 10 days from now.
Or I can try calling each morning at 0800 to get an appointment... given it took 14 minutes to get through 11AM, god only knows what it'd take at 0800 when everyone is playing the game.
I thought I'd see what their website said about appoinments... luckily they are quite public with their contempt for patients: it's an entirely blank page. (https://www.nmhealthinnovations.co.uk/pages/Appointments).
Do yourself a favour and register somewhere else.
