"I have never been able to get an appointment with this doctors surgery so usually have to go to a different walk-in centre. I just been in hospital for an emergency operation and given instructions that I need to book an appointment at my GP surgery with practice nurse to unpack an abscess and redress following day. No appointments available and told to go A&E tomorrow instead!!!!!! Useless.
Itâs such a shame as the hospital staff are all fantastic. The service in the hospital is brilliant and the turnaround times there are really quick. This all falls apart when having to deal with my doctors surgery!
Shame on you and your service. Maybe you have taken on more patients than you can handle just so you can rake in the money"
