"I have been with the Surgery for 44 years. Back in the day your GP went out of their way for you and now they donât have time.
Too many patients not nearly enough Doctors. Too much emphasis on the use of nurse practitioners.
Getting an appointment when the line opens at 8am can take 45-60 minutes to get through and then thereâs nothing left for a week or so!!!
I have found there doesnât seem to be a Manager and I feel sorry for the supervisor who does their best.
I have to keep reminding my GP to make referrals and itâs excusing.
I have just heard 1 GP is leaving and I forget how many different doctors my mother has had!!! None seem to listen to you and if you have got more than one thing wrong thereâs not enough time.
I have got a few complex issues with mental health and Diabetes and I feel at a loss with no health plan Iâm left to cope by myself.
Merging with another Surgery and taking on more patients is heading for complete disaster.
