"Have seen some vast improvements over the last couple of months, more staff, more appointments available and prescriptions getting done in record time. It has been a rocky year which is to be expected I think what with NHS funding, the merge on top and the staff under pressure they done amazingly well under the circumstances.
Me and my family have struggled at times to get appointments, struggled to get out prescriptions on time in the past but have always been treated with dignity and kindness and that is what stopped is going elsewhere. From what I hear a lot of surgeries are struggling but this one seems to be on the right track to getting things sorted."
