"Having an appointment on 04/02/2019 @10:10 to see the nurse,at 10:50 I was still waiting, to be told there must have been a computer glitch. I could not wait any longer had to leave because of another appointment at the hospital which although I was now late they manage to fit me in a few days later. After seeing the doctor on the 11/02/2019 I was told to make an appointment to see the nurse. I was given an appointment card telling me the date and time being 22/02/2019 @ 3:50pm. On attending the surgery I was informed that according to the computer my appointment time was 13:50 no 15:50 as is on my card, and that the nurse had gone, according the web site the surgery should be open from 08:00 to 18:30. as I was in the surgery at 15:30 only to be informed by reception every body had gone."
