"I donât know what's happened if your staff learn from errors & experience or there are new members in the team. But when a person collapsed outside the surgery and now church view surgery wants to help them immediately.
In my case the reception did not want to know me except with I started to give pressure and medical instructions. If I was near that person who collapsed I would have advised them to call emergency services after the experience he went through in Church View Surgery.
If you say this case was more causal, try to beet blood, fracture and normal body shock."
