"Customer service varies Depending on who is sat at reception desk. The receptionist is abrupt, condescending and makes you feel like an inconvenience. This person seems to forget that given the choice, patients would prefer to be healthy and not have to see their GP at all.
I also had a incident where I had two appointments on the same day with a 30min gap. After finishing my first appointment, I left the surgery to get some fresh air. I then returned 5 mins early for my 2nd appt which the nurse had cancelled because she called for me 15mins early and because she didnât see me in the waiting room, assumed that I was not returning. I can accept mistakes being made but I cannot accept the rude manner in which the nurse berated me in public in an attempt to cover up her error."
