"I moved to this surgery a few months ago and so glad a did! When I called for an appointment someone answered immediately. I do not have the easiest schedule but the reception was very understanding and worked with me to get the most suitable appointment for me.
Upon arriving, I received a warm greeting and was seen to within 5 minutes of sitting in reception.
The nurse I saw put me at ease and talked to me like a person instead of just another patient.
On my way out, I had to book a second appointment for a non-related issue and the nurse was walking into reception at that moment in time, she heard what I needed and said she had a few minutes and if I wouldn't mind, I could go back into her room and she would sort that issue out for me then and there.
I have had further appointments since and received first class treatment every time.
This was a breath of fresh air for me and would recommend this doctors to anyone!"
