"Just come out of hospital after operation. Tried to make an GP appointment as directed by the hospital, but told by reception staff, no appointment available until next year. Asked if a doctor could phone me - once again told by reception staff that there was no doctor available to phone me back.
If this is what Pathfields surgery class as patient care or even post operational care then is it any wonder that they have one of the worst reputations in Plymouth even though they are supposedly connected to the training side of future hospital medical staff.
