"I have been a registered patient of Dapdune Surgery for about 45 ish years. Back then in the 1980s and even 1990s the reception staff were fairly bossy and abrupt but since then the overall improvement has been progressive. I think that customer/consumer treatment overall in the UK has improved too. It certainly needed to. So well done reception and nursing staff.
The doctors have got better and better with only a very occasional lapse over all this time. Would that we ourselves were perfect! The treatment and help extended to me has been excellent and, as an older patient, my demands on the service are fairly considerable. Thank you doctors, nurses and reception."
