"My experience of Deer park practice is overall good. I have been met - by kindness consideration,compassion and understanding. Thankyou Docs.
The Doctors are quick to refer if needed. and are good listeners but can do only so much in the 12 minutes that are allotted to them per patient. which is ridiculous it should be 25 minutes!! we need more Docs!!
However on the negative side (sorry) I did come away from one visit upset and tearful as the doctor I saw was abrupt and dismissive (maybe he was having a bad day!) we all do.
Receptionists; I`m sure are very kind people and have important work to do: they, like the Doctors have to juggle many balls so to speak, this I`m sure they do it well.
It is so important when facing the public who have a variety of health issues and can feel so unwell, that a smiling face and kind word go along way in making that person more at ease. smile please!
Nursing/Health Care Assistants: are very pleasant and make you feel at ease straight away.
Just one more thing ~ the outside of the building the wood work needs sanding and varnishing. thanks .Good GP practice. Coffee machine in a corner somewhere? but no TV"
