"It is always difficult to review a doctors surgery as everyone will consider that the problem they need to be looked at it the most important thing in the entire planet.
I have used the surgery with various family member dealing with cancer down to ear infections and I have always found the staff on reception to be friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I may not always get an appointment in the next five minutes but they have been very flexible with my 'demands' prioritising efficiently and effectively.
We need to remember that a doctors will deal with all ends of the scale and have to plan for things that may happen during the day that are real emergencies and everything in between.
The doctors and nurse practitioners have a variety of skills to cover all bases and the receptionists have always sent me to the right person. I would fully recommend this surgery."
