"I feel well and truly let down by this drs surgery. I suffer with mental and struggle to make appointments etc and itâs almost impossible to get an appointment here. I have been having symptoms of fibromyalgia for years and all the drs here have ever said is that depression is causing my back pain. Recently one dr listened - thank you - finally giving me medication- made an appointment today as it hasnât been working and to be referred to a rheumatologist only to be told I donât need one, diagnosises arenât important- although they are when I have to inform my employer - and that I should try colouring in, instead as when my depression has gone away as will my fibromyalgia which is absolutely ridiculous itâs like they have no training, compassion or even care for patients anymore. I need help and they refuse to give it to me, so instead I shall spend my days in agony, and unbearable pain and symptoms as it is just depression."
