"Today I rang the surgery and although i didnât get through straight away I didnât have to wait for long to be greeted by a very helpful friendly receptionist! I requested a same day appointment for my child who has been unwell for 1 week- the receptionist asked me a few questions regarding their symptoms and explained this was important to ensure I saw an appropriate dr/nurse! I didnât feel her questions were intrusive just safe!
I was given an appointment with a female that same day who was helpful, knowledgeable and very good with my little one who normally creates at the drs! They were very reassuring and I feel they explained the diagnosis well and advised me of what to look out should I be worried things are worsening and ways to seek help"
