"Finally I have found a gp surgery that help!
I recently visited the surgery on a Tuesday afternoon. Both receptionists on the front desk were very welcoming and had a sense of warmth with them. I've been struggling to change my choose and book referral, the receptionist managed to sort it all out for me and find out when my appointment would be.
It was very busy and the phones were ringing a lot but they was 2 very calm receptionists.
Management and doctors should be proud, having staff members like them front of house are hard to come by an I was pleasantly surprised just how lovely and helpful they was."
