"Was there 10 minutes early for my appointment, ended up waiting over 45 minutes before I was actually seen. Doctor showed no interest in what I was saying, instead she was checking what looked like her emails. Didn't check my previous history and instead sent me on a wild goose chase to the local hospital for scans and tests I didn't even need! Everything came back clear and the hospital explained the underlying cause - something on my history that should have been picked up right away.
Every occasion I call the practice it's a battle for them to get their story straight, some times I can book in advance around work and other commitments and other days I have to call back in the morning to which they take 5 minutes to answer the phone, hang up on me and then by the time they answer again there's no appointments left.
Reception staff are always short and rude, and on many occasion they have been loudly discussing inappropriate topics in their office whilst I have been in the waiting area. This practice just needs a complete overhaul of it's facilities, policies, hours and most importantly - staff."
