"Both as a professional in health and as a patient of this practice I am constantly disappointed with this GP Practice. Itâs acumen is not patient-centric. The telephone system is poor, with great difficulty to get through to a member of staff for an appointment or for information.
As a patient, I have struggled to get an appointment EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called for one. Not only this, but when I do eventually get through to a member of staff, they are never pleasant to speak to not are they very forthcoming. Instead of trying to assist you with your ailments they are blunt and unhelpful. The appointments system as also very poor.
As a professional, they are the only practice Iâve had to contact where the staff do not want to help with demographics or information. Even after giving all of my credentials and confirming I am a professional.
Overall, I am disappointed with Intrahealth. As a patient I will be changing my GP. As a professional I hope I donât need to contact them again."
