"I have telephoned today to ask to speak to a doctor direct. I requested a repeat prescription if I stop taking this I will extremely ill. Was spoken to very very rudely by 2 receptionists today at 10.05am. I asked to make a complaint and speak to a doctor direct about my medication and me being ill if I do not get this today. She put the phone down on me when I challenged her for being extremely rude and very unprofessional to me. You really do need to have more professional and courteous receptionists. As it stands now, I am now going to have to leave work in my solicitors early and come down to your surgery before 6pm to take up this complaint and sort my medication. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of a patient. Your receptionists are talking to patients like rubbish and getting away with it. Your telephone is your first port of call and contact and they are letting you down. Putting the phone down on people alleging they are rude when you ask them to stop being rude to you is unprofessional when the onus on professionalism and manners is on you and your companies representatives. Not happy !"
