"Once you have an appointment the staff are generally nice and helpful. Very difficult to get to see the same doctor each visit unless you are prepared to wait. However I have been referred for a scan and details came through a week after doctor promised to send them through - which is good.
The telephone system is awful, they either do not have enough people answering it or we (patients) take too long. Not enough appointments available on an ad hoc basis. I very rarely see a doctor but when I do ring I have to wait up to 2 weeks. If I want to see a particular GP it can be a month!
Think they have too many people on their books."
