"First it is very difficult to get an appointment a you have to wait around 3/4 weeks for an appointment.
Secondly they have now made it harder to make telephone appointments as it is via online.
Thirdly some admin staff are very unhelpful and rude to patients via telephone and face to face e.g my mum could not speak English and I was on the phone to explain but the receptionist refused to take the phone which I did complain about to the admin manager.
Fourthly on many occasions the doctor has said they will give a specific medication and then change it and send to pharmacy.
Lastly all doctors give different information so you get so many views which is unhelpful also make life very long as they take so long to refer to other specialist departments and donât run all test beforhand!"
