"This is an updated review of Friarwood, as there's been some changes since I previously commented on the practice on 18 December 2018.
The surgery has since offered early morning appointments, which allows me to see the same doctor given my ongoing condition. This is beneficial, because it makes appointments easier and builds trust. The surgery also offers late appointments on certain days. I do still feel there should be more options for the evening appointments.
Friarwood offer an online booking system which has been, in my experience, more useful than the telephone. Previously, I didn't have access to the online system, but upon raising concerns, this has been reinstated for my account.
I've noticed some different faces on reception since I last reviewed the practice. Whilst I don't often speak with them, a young lady was friendly and helpful when I needed help with collecting a prescription."
