"After having a health issue and reading up on NHS services I am really surprised to find out that the surgery is not offering health check services for people age between 40 upwards and all persons without a health condition should be offered one every five years .
Learning disabities year check up another information on nhs you can be on the go reigester at your request . It is different the council or social services disabities lresgiter . A service not being offered by the surgery . To date I am awaiting more information as I requested for my sons .
Request simple text letters pictures if needed longer appioments .
