"Appalling communication between receptionists and myself. Can I suggest the receptionists are urgently sent on a customer service course to realise that the patient is the person who needs the help, not for them to play little power games. In 2018 their holier than though attitude absolutely galls me. I work in a customer based job, and would be Needs Improvement in my monthly review if I treat customers with the equivalent apathy."
