"I have been a patient of this practice for many years, and not once has it failed in its duty of care towards me. I am always able to secure an appointment when I need one. I see a particular GP most often and she is one of the best doctors I have had contact with.
Each time I see this GP she goes beyond the standard expectations of a GP and communicates a genuine care for me not just as a patient, but as an individual. I have found her presence and demeanour to be quite inspirational and she has spurred me on to have a more positive mindset. In what is an extremely busy practice, I always feel that she has the time not only speak to me, but also listen. I respect that she able to communicate with me in a way that I understand, but that is not patronising. These qualities are not what I experience from other health professionals at other institutions but they are so invaluable in making a patient feel included and empowered in the process of recovery."
