"After numerous concerns about staff behaviour at reception being inquired about and nothing changing, either laughing and joking like the surgery is a comedians stand up performance instead of acting with professional attitude and not chatting LOUDLY like a group of school kids. Concern number 1.
Having to explain over and over again about problems when visiting to see GPs instead of them simply reading recent notes which I would imagine is PART OF THEIR JOB! so, wasting time explaining when people are only given 15 minutes with gps is ridiculous considering this. Concern 2.
Appointments and the way they are handle is abysmal at best and I cannot express how dire this effects people who are single parents and or larger families considering the way in which people HAVE to come in when the surgery opens to even have a CHANCE of getting an appointment. Calling up and having to argue with reception about getting an appointment is nothing short of a disgrace. I highly doubt you are THAT busy considering how many people visit and how often the gps are either running late and yet seen walking around doing NOTHING. Or simply lacking actual gps most days to ACTUALLY see people. How can the gp surgery function efficiently and effectively when there are never any GPs actually at the surgery?.? Concern number 3.

Bias and lenient in regards to just HOW poor and lacking this surgery is. After itâs cosmetic makeover it LOOKS nice but is still the same as it has always been, if not, worse."
