"I called on 23rd October to request an appointment for a 3 year old to get the flu vaccine. I was advised by the disinterested receptionist that they were focusing on over 65s first so no child clinics had yet been planned and there was no information about possible timeframes.
I was advised that once clinics were planned then I would be contacted by text message to call and book. I received no text message or any further information.
I called again 15th November to ask and was advised with incredulous tone that of course they had clinics and that it had been open for ages and was almost fully booked. There were two times available directly around the school run, which are of no use to me. No further clinics would be planned until these spaces are booked I was told with the implication that if I didn't book one, I would never get an appointment.
When I pointed out I had been told I would be advised of the clinic being available to book I was told in a patronising tone that they do have lots of patients and they do try."
