"The surgery lately has turned into a joke, rude front of house staff and rude doctors included.
Youâre either waiting a LONG time to see the doctor, have previously waited an hour for my appointment. As someone has pointed it before, this surgery acts as if you donât have a job. You cannot get through via telephone and need to go into the office but when you have a 9-5, it makes it very difficult.
Doctors donât listen to you, youâre waiting an hour to be seen but they canât wait to get you out of the door.
To say every experience I have had is awful, would be unfair. Iâve had two good experiences but Iâve been going for about 10 years so that doesnât say a lot.
I know the doctors have a hard job but just feeling like a number to them is the worst part and thatâs if you can get an appointment.
Would I recommend anyone go here? No, not at all. And I do plan on changing surgeries. Since the merge, itâs made everything more difficult.
Trying to explain anything to the docs is hard work but made harder by them when they refuse to do certain checks whilst in the office because they know theyâre an hour behind and just need to get you out of that door.
In the new year I really do plan on changing surgeries but itâs not an easy process but have not been happy here in the longest time.
Something at the surgery needs to fundamentally change - Iâm not entirely sure what it is but I would like to be treated like a human when Iâm there and for the surgery to have some sort flexibility. When discussing this surgery with friends or family theyâre always shocked at the things said by doctors or treatment in general toward patients and honestly so am I."
