"I recently had to change surgeries , and chose Grove Road Surgery. What a breath of fresh air !
I came from another local surgery where I had been for years and everything from speaking to a receptionist to ever getting an appointment ,and being spoken to like a petulant child by the Doctors was a nightmare.
Grove road have excelled themselves. From initially registering with them to having had a few Doctors consultations now, they go out of their way to try and give you the best resolution as quickly as possible and it feels as though they genuinely care. I have nothing but good words to say about everyone there , from the reception staff who are very polite and even call you back when they say they will , to the appointment system which has got me an appointment when i wanted one, to the Doctors themselves who even though are very busy still make you feel like you are valued and cared for. I cannot praise this practice enough ,I only wish I had changed surgeries years ago.
It is refreshing to have such good care without feeling like you have to fight and beg for it. Well done to all who manage this practice !!!"
