"My main reason for going to the doctors was mental health issues and I found it made it alot harder than it had to be. Some individuals were polite but when I'd call for an appointment, there wouldn't be any available for about 2 months when a Doctors would tell me to make one for 2 weeks away. The admin staff would be frustrated and at two occasions hung up on me. One doctor told me I was causing my own depression by not sleeping. I find it hot and sweaty in the waiting room, and I tell my friends to stay away. I have now moved GPs as I think maybe over population maybe be causing these issues. I understand it must be hard in a NHS job, this is my honest opinion.
Also I was never told about my options of medication, all the doctors told me what I'd take now and I would be in and out in about 4 minutes tops, after waiting for half an hour."
