"I called in today to rearrange a pre-booked appointment to be told by the receptionist that they do not pre-book appointments. I explained i had been holding on for over half an hour and she said "well we're busy thats just the way it is" and "we had an emergency to deal with" Emergency??? What emergency?? She then went onto say "I'm not going to go into how many calls we've had and for how long each call takes" even though i didnt not prompt her to carry on. A simple Sorry would have been sufficient. I then said that i already had a pre-booked appointment to which she was suprised, so how do you explain that if you "don't pre-book" ?? Because of her bad attitude and aggressive tone i asked for her name; she refused to tell me her name and put me on hold then put another receptionist on the phone!!!
