"Since 1993 this practice has served me very well with regard to care of myself(both doctors and nursing staff have been professional, kind and caring). I have a long term medical condition which requires extra care from time to time and recently I have needed a lot of nursing care and the nursing and health care staff have been brilliant, The GPs have been professional, kind and prompt with their response to recent problems and I have found them easy to talk to which is a huge bonus. Recently there has been changes to the repeat prescription system and there have been many teething problems but I have found the practice pharmacist to be approachable and reassuring when I have needed to speak with her. The receptionists have always been polite and courteous though often when phoning the practice it is quite a while before the call is answered; if one is unwell 12 minutes plus is a very long time to be hanging on waiting for the call to be answered. Overall I say," Thank you Hillside, you continue to provide a caring, professional and most satisfactory practice as far as this patient is concerned" Cant thank you enough!!"
