"I wanted to express my thanks to the secretary and all of the admin staff.
I arrived at my gynaecologist appointment which had already been delayed by months and was told that they did not have a scan due to the fact it was in a different region, this scan should have been passed along to help the consultant advise me on the best course of action. Without the scan they recommended another appointment in a months time. I was obviously disappointed in this and so the nelson clinic called up Holmwood to get the scan and said we will wait to see if it is immediate or if it was placed in a queue and may take hours if not days to arrive. Due to the speedy action of your admin staff this was done immediately and so saved another appointment which had to be booked and me also booking another dayâs holiday for the appointment. With the results sent I was given the appropriate actions to take and this speeded up the treatment of my problem. Thank you for taking action immediately and helping me. I am closer to being healthy again quicker thanks to you."
