"I was not contacted for my Covid-19 vaccination, although I was aware of at least 5 other people registered at the practice who have received their vaccine who are 4 years younger then myself with no underlying health issues. Was the decision to call people up in alphabetical order or on health grounds. When called reception was told âI was just about to call youâ then when advised other friends that you should call the surgery was told âwe were just about to call youâ.
Also after under going tests in July 2020 at PRH was told your GP will contact you with the results, 6 months later still not heard anything.
After three telephone calls for help in regard severe pain from injury in arm and shoulder was told if itâs not better by Monday go to A&E at a time when hospitals were at breaking point."
