As people live longer and have much more complex health needs, managing the last few months of a personâs life is undoubtedly complex, however your team of doctors navigated this most challenging period in my grandmaâs life together with her brilliantly, making every effort to carefully explore her wishes and her needs around end of life in order to maximise the quality of her remaining time and provided her with the very best compassionate care whilst doing so.
Your team of doctors collectively played an integral part in ensuring she was able to spend the end of her life at home, as was her wish, in a pain-free and dignified manner and that we, her family, were fully informed in order to best support her.
You should be exceptionally proud to have such a fantastic team of compassionate, caring doctors working at your practice.
