"Completely unhappy with there level of service. The receptionist hardly answer the phone and can seem quite unhelpful if not rude toned over the phone.
When arriving in clinic they are always talking to each other and i end up waiting 5 minutes before they realise there is a queue at the front desk.
Medical staff are late for appointments i usually wait about 50 mins untill i am seen which is completely unacceptable. Upon complaining to the reception team about it i am told the person will be leaving soon anyway, which somehow isnt a great comfort."
