"Requested ointment for skin problem as requested online 26th April. When I went to collect script 8th May from pharmacy, not there. Walked to gp to be told not regular prescription which it is, the GP allows me to have in bulk. I was told by reception although I was there, I would have to ring for an urgent appt. I finally got through to be told the next available appt would be the following Wednesday. Called NHS 111 desperately to get a prescription as I had had a serious flare up. A lovely lady Roomi called GP to be told i refused an appointment that day. Why???? Even the NSH111 nurse said why would you refuse an appointment on the day for one next week? Not only is that a blatant lie but also slander. I was also told that I would be called before the end of surgery Which never happened. Now waiting in in A&E.
Will be contacting NHS England CCG and CQC. This practice needs tearing down and starting again. I have never ever been treated so badly"
