"The receptionist at laurel bank surgery use to be so friendly and nice when I newly registered its been 3 years know since I've been with the surgery but it's been a few months since I've missed 1 appointment then missed another one yesterday because of stress and the less lack of sleep due to my health conditions I can't remember things at times I've tried explaining this to the staff who work at the reception that I dint miss my appointments on purpose it's just that I forget things sometimes and at times I don't even receive a reminder message from them to confirm the appointments.. One of the individual staff who work at the surgery started laughing when I told her the reason for missing my appointment I found that so hurtful There are one or two friendly staff members but I've got to also say A few receptionist are so rude they don't let u finish ur sentences when I I'm talking they interrupt and speak over my words and ignore me at times aswel I just be standing there waiting for them to help me or book me in for my appointment it's disgusting I feel so uncomfortable and anxious to even visit the surgery know... its disrespectful the way they treated me yesterday when I visited the surgery but I've just got to say that so far the doctors at laurel surgery are brilliant they have always helped me with my health conditions and have gave me the best and correct treatments to cure my health problems due to my illness I visit a private hospital through the laurel bank surgery and its very helpful and also the doctors are really friendly and supportive that's the only reason why I am willing to stay with this surgery but the receptionists are awful I'm disgusted with their behaviour towards me that's all I've got to say thanks..."
