"As alluded to by other reviews, the courtesy factor from the reception is zero! They confuse you with messages over test results; turning up at the surgery to collect the result; then saying that they cannot provide/see this information. Also, the doctor would contact the patient about the test results after nearly 3 whole weeks of the test result being available.
Getting appointment to see a doctor is a standard 6 weeks or more wait. All the while, when you wait at the lobby after the said 6 or more weeks, you find there is not much rush. Might be my lack of information, but, it sure does seem that patients could be accommodated much earlier - I could be wrong! However, again, while requesting an appointment, the reception could be a bit more courteous and sympathetic in the way they elicit information on the illness to assess the urgency. I was met with strong questions on what I was going through and why I needed to see a doctor. Again, after an X-Ray, I had to call back multiple times to check if everything was fine - then, I was told on the second call that doctor says you are okay.
The practice nurses and doctors are fantastic though. They are very helpful and again, sympathetic to your needs and concerns. Quick and easy to get appointments for tests also."
