"I am writing this review because I am angry and disappointed in this doctors, I rang up 3 weeks ago to get an appointment to have my implant out, they said I would have to have a phone all consultation with the doctor Whitch I did, after that they said I needed to make an appointment to have my blood pressure checked to go on a different type of birth control whitch I got an appointment very easy but when it came to booking an appointment to getting it out then that is a different story the first appointment I booked the person at the desk didnât put in what I wanted correctly so I had to explain to the doctor why was there and she said she couldnât do it because it needs to be a 20 minute appointment to have it out, so
Yet again I went to the front desk to re book an appointment witch I had on Thursday 8th November 2018 and they had booked me in again for the wrong thing so it has taken nearly a month to get it out I think this is out of order I can understand if it happened the first time because people make mistakes but to have it done twice in 2 weeks itâs out of order and I will be putting a letter of complaint into the doctors."

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Peter Kipgen

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

Dr Philip Monnery qualified from ST George’s Hospital Medical School in 1991, Undertaking a career in the Royal Air force. Initially undertaking surgical training and specialising in Ear, Nose and Throat he became a consultant in the Military in 2006. A change in life goals meant a change to general practice in 2009. He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Catherine Tuson

Qualifications - BSc, MBChB, MRCGP

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
