"Receptionist booked me in for a telephone appointment, she gave me a specific time. A week later when it rolled around I didn't get the call. So, after an hour and a half had passed the appointment time with no call, I called the surgery, and was told she shouldn't have told me that, and told me I was on the list to be called at a later time. When that later time came, I waited two hours beyond that time, and still no call.... I then called the surgery again, and this time I was told that the first receptionist booked it in wrong and put an entry in the message box rather than the call list, and that I'm in the call list section for a date that I'd booked a physical appointment!
Time is of the essence for me in this particular situation.
Clearly some of the receptionists there are a bit scatty to say the least...."
