"I have been at this surgery for about 10 years and when I was a child up to 1993. In 1993 I was suffering mentally and I didn,t feel well understood. Yet we move with the times. I feel the last 10 years that the staff and drs and nurses have and do work very hard to give understanding , empathy and the correct level of care that is within their reach.
I wish people would understand more that drs should be used sparingly and start to look after themselves through education and discipline. Drs have to sometimes prioritise.
Why don,t the public try to give some empathy back. Everyone is suffering in this world today and I am very grateful to have such a service. My drs helped me through illness mentally and physically and have always worked with me to enable my health. Also they did their best with my Dad and now my Mum. Sometimes I was and have been frustrated. If you don.t want to live your life in hospital then you have to accept that getting older is frustrating.
Please try to remember that we all get tired Nd teenybopper and be grateful that these people dedicate themselves to better our lives"
