"Tried to register as change of address.
Told to visit surgery to provide proof which is what I did.
Told by admin confirmation email would be sent in 5 days - 4 weeks later still no email reply!
I have to have confirmation details to book future appointments.
Every time I ring or email I'm fobbed off with beurocratic pre' recorded message which has no relevance at all!
I sincerely hope I don't fall ill and ask for help from the surgery.
In conclusion I think they want people to ring 111, so they don't have to bother with patients."
