"I have been with the surgery almost 22years, they used to be a lot better. They saw me through 3 pregnancies,my children have rarely visited but have rarely been ill. In the last few years my husband has needed treatment for chronic pain, they are vague and do what they have to. I have recently acquired a couple of autoimmune disorders they are difficult and unhelpful, in the beginning I was told 40% of the population feel like I do so I needed to cope. Not long after, I was taking some medication and after the result was no better than before I was accused of not taking my tablets when it is simply proof of an absorption issue. Most recently done bloods have indicated a need to increase meds but instead I was not informed of the results or that the dr had decided to do nothing to help. Overall I feel they are outdated with their treatment of patients, a little uncaring and I will be moving Drs soon"
