"The reception staff are always abrupt and usually quite rude rarely ever helpful, sometimes it takes over half an hour to get through, sometimes you can be standing in the surgery waiting to say youve arrived and they just sit there and ignore you. Also say they are going to do something and ring you back and never do you have to keep ringing the surgery chasing up things because they either cant be bothard to do their jobs or just forget. The reception staff just seem like they dont give a crap. Same goes with the nurse practitioner as I once rang up with extreme pain that ive dealt with since being a child was told them its growing pains im now and adult so defo not that to be told by the nurse practitioner well what difference does it make, which is a disgraceful response, I had to ring back up and ask to actually speak to a doctor who said it wasnt normal and I had to be seen. Its a shame the reception staff and the nurse practitioner are so useless because the Drs here are all really nice and helpful."
